Modifications and Interruption to Service

BaxRx reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app with or without notice. App user acknowledges and accepts that BaxRx does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our app and operation of our app may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Third-Party Sites

Our app may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our app pages or the content contained therein without prior written permission of an authorized officer of BaxRx.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you choose to upgrade to our monthly subscription plan, you will be charged per month to receive free generic drugs. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app or web settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until then. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services. In the event that BaxRx must terminate your subscription due to various reasons, including but not limited to policy changes, compliance issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued a full refund for the month in which the termination occurs. If you experience any issues or have questions about your subscription, please contact our support team for assistance.

Membership Billing and Payment Authorization

By subscribing to BaxRx, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit or debit card for the monthly membership fee. This recurring charge will continue until you cancel your membership. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel if you no longer wish to be charged. Cancellation requests must be made prior to your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Additionally, by providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and network rules governing credit and debit card transactions.

Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Description
By opting into BaxRx’s SMS messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from BaxRx, including (but not limited to) account updates, order notifications, reminders, and promotional offers related to our products and services. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and preferences.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or prerecorded text messages from or on behalf of BaxRx at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt in again using the same method as your original subscription.

Other Terms

You agree that this Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by BaxRx, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation in our Services. App user agrees that by accepting this Agreement, you are consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described herein. This Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the BaxRx app and associated prescription/medical discount programs. By using our website, programs, products, services or discounts (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these terms and conditions. BaxRx works in conjunction with Discount Drug Network, LLC to bring discount drug prices to the user. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are free to end your voluntary arrangement with us at any time. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at on our app. Your continued use of the Services after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
